ANDROHOST
Androhost is a programme to help the participants in the need of financial assistance . Support for travel to the selected participants will be provided from two sources:
I Through Society of Andrology: India Award Committee.
II From the Budget of the Congress.
Travel Grants– The Organizing Committee of the Congress will provide a limited number of Travel Grants to scientists who would like to present their work in poster session or short communication. The Travel awards, partial/total will be granted primarily on the basis of scientific quality of the submitted abstract. Only those registered persons, whose abstract (s) have been accepted by the Organizing Committee for presentation will be considered for ACMC Travel Award.
Applications together with the payment of the registration fee, abstract and registration form should reach the Secretariat before August 15, 2023, the decision of Award Committee will be made final by August 15 and awardees will be notified by August 30, 2023
I All women delegates who are members of the Society of Andrology: India, registered for the Congress and are presenting a short paper/poster will be provided partial/full/fixed amount of travel (IInd class sleeper) support.
II All women delegates who are members of the Society of Andrology: India and are registered for the congress will be provided free accommodation during the Congress.
III Student Travel Support: Society of Andrology: India takes pleasure to provide travel support (both ways sleeper IInd class Railway Fare) to 20 students interested in attending the Congress. The student, registered for the Congress, must be a Life Member of SAI and should have submitted an abstract which has been accepted for the presentation at the Congress. Travel Support will be provided to the presenting author only.
IV All those who are asking financial assistance should apply along with the Registration fee. Accommodation and travel support will not be given for ‘on the Spot’ Registration
V All those who are asking for travel support and accommodation will be communicated by September 30, 2023.
