Guidelines for submission of Abstract
The contents of the abstract should include Background, Objectives, Methods, Result and Conclusion, without these headings and should not exceed 300 words. The title should be in CAPITAL and in bold followed by name of the authors (with Family name first, then middle name followed by the first name) and their institutional address with e-mail address of corresponding author. The name of presenting author should be underlined. The abstract should be typed in single space using Microsoft Word (Times New Roman, Font size 12) and e-mailed to andrology2023@gmail.com. Last date for receipt is 30th September, 2023, Abstract will be considered for inclusion in the program only if accompanied by the registration fee.
Poster Presentation
All free communications (abstracts) accepted by the scientific committee are to be presented at Poster session. Poster stands to accommodate posters of 4 feet (height) and 3 feet (width) will be made available at the congress venue. The schedule for poster presentation and discussion will be intimated/ displayed.
Acknowledgement : Abstract
Acceptance of the abstract constitutes an official invitation to participants in the conference. On request, the Organising Secretary will send a formal invitation. It should be clearly construed that such an invitation is merely to assist participants to raise travel funds or getting administrative/academic leave from the employer or applying for a visa. This should not be construed, in any way, a commitment on the part of the Congress Organization/Organising Secretary to provide any financial support (waive off registration fee, gratis accommodation or partial or full travel support)
