Air Lines

The official carrier for the Congress is Air India.

Certificate of Attendance will be issued to the registered delegates / participants only.

Climate

Jodhpur in November is pleasantly cool and dry, though the evenings may be moderately cold. The temperature varies between 15° to 22° Celsius. Delegates are advised to bring light warm clothing.

Copying

Photocopy facilities will be available at the Conference premises.

Currency & Credit Cards

India has a metric system of coinage. Exchange facilities are available at the airports and at most of the hotels. Internationally recognized credit cards are accepted in hotels and at major shops. Digital transfer of the money is acceptable in India. The approximate rate of exchange at the time of printing is US$1 = Rs. 82.00

Customs

On arrival in India, visitors are required to give to the Custom authorities a written undertaking on a Tourist Baggage Re-export form to the effect that they will re-export all high value articles at the time of their exit.

Electricity
Electric supply in India is 220 volts, 50 cycles A.C. Most hotels provide transformers.

Health Regulations
A valid international Certificate of Vaccination for yellow fever is required for visitors from yellow fever infected areas including Africa and South America.

LANGUAGE
The official language of the Congress will be English. Abstracts and presentations must be made in English only.

Liability
The organizing committee will not be liable for personal accidents or loss/ damage of private belongings of delegates during the Congress. Participants should make arrangements for personal insurance.

PUBLICATIONS
We will communicate to the delegates about the publication of the Proceedings of the Congress.

Registration Counter will remain open from 9:00 a.m. onwards from November 22, 2023

Shopping

The Conference venue is in close proximity to the main shopping centre where various handicrafts, antiques, handloom articles, silverware, carpets and rugs are available. The shopping centre includes Government Emporia, Handloom Houses, Khadi Bhandar and antique furniture.

Taxis & Tourist Car Services

Taxis and tourist car services will be available.

Visa

All foreigners are required to obtain visa for coming to India. Those participating in the tour “Exotic Nepal” will need multiple entry visa for India. To avoid last minute rush at the Embassy/consulate, the delegates should apply for visa well in advance.
Wheel Chair
Wheel chairs will be available at the airport and at the Congress venue on prior request.

SCIENTIFIC EXHIBITION

Scientific Exhibition will acquaint you with the latest laboratory equipment’s, clinical instruments, etc. The exhibition shall be open from November 23-25, 2023 daily at the venue of the Congress.
